The Ninth House, associated with Sagittarius, has traditionally been
called The House of Journeys and The House of Intuition. It is here
that we form our personal system of philosophy, ethics, and beliefs.
We expand our understanding and wisdom through higher education, travel,
or religious journeying. From such exploration, we form our perspective
on the meaning of life in a way that gives us a firm sense of optimism
and purpose to our lives.
Breaking up rigidity of thought, staying open to possibilities, and developing an intuitive resonance are necessary strategies to navigate this territory well. We need freedom to do our exploratory work here.
Poor navigation of this house
leaves us feeling bored, flat, and empty. Successful navigation results in
a sense of genuine meaning, purpose, and spiritual sustenance to our lives. We must be on a
